1. Inquiry & Booking
Client submits inquiry → You confirm availability → 50% deposit required to secure spot
2. Drop-Off or Shipping
- Local (Pittsburgh area) drop-off by arrangement
- Out-of-state clients ship overnight
- Instructions provided after booking confirmation
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your preservation date.
- If including a small portion of cremation remains, handling and packaging guidance will be provided privately after booking.
3. Flower Assessment & Design Approval
- I carefully assess all materials upon arrival, including florals and any memorial elements.
- We confirm layout + shape
- You approve the final design direction before I begin
4. Preservation & Creation
- Drying process begins
- Resin casting or frame creation
- Updates shared along the way
5. Final Payment & Delivery
- Final balance due before shipping
- Carefully packaged & shipped
- Local pickup option available
